Terms of service
Invocello terms
Last updated 5 August 2026.
Free beta notice: these Terms describe the current free beta and may change with the service.
Service
Invocello offers an account-free converter that turns selectable text from one-page digital invoice PDFs into CSV rows using local server processing. A verified account portal and authenticated API separately extract structured data from supported documents and identify potential supplier-detail changes. Customers remain responsible for reviewing every result before any financial action. The invoice-detail review is an informational field-coverage aid only; it does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice and does not certify or determine compliance with any law.
Accounts and acceptable use
Customers must keep API keys confidential, submit only documents they are authorised to process, and comply with acceptable-use rules. We may suspend or rate-limit access to protect the service or prevent abuse.
Free beta
The current Invocello beta is free. The account-free converter is limited to one one-page digital PDF per visitor and a daily service capacity. A verified account may process up to 100 pages in total. No payment method, subscription, automatic upgrade, checkout, or customer charge is required for this beta. We may change, pause, or end the beta or its allowance for security, abuse prevention, operational, or legal reasons.
Consumers
Invocello is intended for consumers as well as businesses. The free beta does not take payment. Mandatory consumer protections, including withdrawal rights where they apply, are not limited by these Terms.
Availability and limits
The service may be unavailable or delayed. It is not a substitute for accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, or payment-approval controls. We do not guarantee a particular extraction result, reading order, coverage level, or availability.
