During the free beta, API keys generated from the private account workspace and browser-session tokens are stored only as hashes. A generated or replacement workspace key is displayed once.

What does the account-free CSV include?
It contains three columns: page, row number, and the printed text found on that row. It preserves readable order but does not infer invoice fields or accounting meaning.
Which file can I use without an account?
Use one digital, one-page PDF up to 15 MB with selectable text. Scans, images, multi-page documents, and structured field extraction are available in the verified workspace.
Does Invocello keep the trial invoice?
No. The account-free converter processes the PDF transiently on Invocello’s server and retains neither the file nor its extracted rows. A pseudonymous abuse-control record is kept for seven days as described in the Privacy Notice.
Is the result a compliance or payment decision?
No. Extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. Review the source document and independently verify payment details, tax treatment, and legal requirements before acting.
